Raven Sarnoff // Of Counsel
I’m Raven Sarnoff, an attorney at Timeless Estate Planning. I am thrilled to join Laura and her team in providing top-notch legal services in a warm and welcoming environment.
I was born and raised in the Bay Area, and I’m now raising my own family here in Burlingame. As a mom to two young girls, I know what it means to want the best for your children and family. My goal as an estate planning attorney is to be your family’s long-term trusted advisor, who will educate and guide you not only to make the best choices for your family now, but also as your family grows and changes. Your estate plan won’t work just gathering dust on the shelf; it needs to evolve with you, so it actually works when your loved ones need it.
Prior to joining Timeless Estate Planning, I was an employment law litigator who represented employees in discrimination and harassment lawsuits. I loved helping my clients through what was usually the darkest time in their life, and empowering them to get back on their feet. But I didn’t love the constant battles that, frankly, it seemed my paid-by-the-hour attorney opponents were fighting to line their pockets, not to achieve justice.
As an estate planning attorney, I help my clients and their families stay out of court and conflict. Having been in the trenches of litigation for 15 years, I can say with certainty that by planning now to keep your family out of court and conflict, you are giving your loved ones an enormous gift. Because ultimately, estate planning is not for you, but for your loved ones. I hope to have the opportunity to help you gain the peace of mind that comes with giving this incredible gift to your family.
